The rooms are nice but we booked two rooms and both rooms have 2 separate parts to them and front room was cool but not but the other room was hot. We had the air conditioner turned all the way down and it didn't change anything. U call to the front desk and never could get anyone. I literally had to call the hotel from my cell phone to get them to answer. As a diamond member I would of thought things would of been a little bit better but the pool was very nice.

Perfect location. Service can not be beat. Wonderful happy hour. Upgraded to a premium suite- the snacks to the room were awesome! The Black Drum Brewery next door- best flounder/shrimp/hush puppies platter we have had in years! The pool complex is amazing. Totally pleased. We already booked for October!

There was a misunderstanding with family about our rooms. Shirley and Kasie went above and beyond to work out the room situation. They were amazing!! If all your employees, at all your locations were as stellar as these two young ladies, no one would stay anywhere else. Accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and kind...5 stars for each!

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach with my family and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing Hilton experiences I have ever had. First, the “ocean view” balcony we paid extra for was completely unusable because of constant loud machinery noise from the terrace below. This defeats the purpose of booking such a room. The property itself feels outdated and lacks the luxury level I experienced at Embassy Suites Virginia Beach last year. The front desk service was also very poor. I requested a room change, and one staff member said they would follow up. Hours passed without any update, and when I asked again, another staff member simply said the hotel was full – with no apology or explanation. Later that night, my room keys stopped working multiple times, forcing me to go back and forth to the front desk. To make matters worse, the hallway emergency phone did not work, which is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety issue. The most shocking part is that at no point did anyone at the hotel apologize or show empathy. The lack of professionalism and guest care was extremely disappointing. For the high price we paid, this property delivered neither comfort nor Hilton standards.
